I request the developers to include the originating strategy's name in the signals in the Strategy Monitor and then pass that along to the Quotes/Order Manager windows just like any other parameter.

This would be very helpful for the following reasons:
1. Record keeping: More than one strategy may generate signals for the same symbol; each has different sizing and entry/exit prices. Knowing the strategy's name is important for bookkeeping.
2. Keeping a tally: Most of my strategies take only a fixed number of positions so its important to keep a running total for each.
3. Will make decluttering of quotes easy: Once a strategy has reached its max # of positions there is no need for any more quotes/price triggers from that one so one can focus on other ones instead. Having the strategy name included with each signal would make sorting by strategy easy in the quotes window allowing one to delete unnecessary signals as they just cause needless clutter and network congestion; currently one has to hunt and delete non-required symbols which is time consuming and inefficient.

It´s already there (and more) in the Source field in the Order Manager.

The Source field in the Order Manager does *not* include the Strategy name, nor does any field in the Quotes window.
That's the request and it ought to be pretty easy to implement.

It does include the Strategy Name, but you're right, not if it's coming from Quotes.

All my Orders come via Quotes.
And having the Strategy Name in the Quotes window is actually *more* important than in the Orders window b/c once my max Positions/strategy is hit I can quickly identify remaining ones and delete them en masse.

It would be *very* helpful to have Strategy name passed along.. perhaps via Signal.Tag property ??? (thinking aloud)
