I can't seem to get bar filtering to work for futures. For example:

I created a session CME RTH

When I open a chart of the @ES#C with the CME RTH session it doesn't seem to filter the bars.

Did you assign the Symbol to that market, or, did you just select the market at the bottom of the chart (without pressing refresh)?

Assigning the market to the symbol works, but I don't always want the RTH session. I have strategies that run on the RTH, ETH and some just on the London or Asian session times.

When I select the session at the bottom of the chart and hit refresh it reselects the session that the symbol is linked to. Shouldn't changing the selection automatically retrigger a refresh without resetting the session?

No, the market drop-down always changes to adapt to the market of the symbol being loaded. I’m afraid the only way to do it currently is to assign the symbol to the market and then unassign when it’s no longer desired.

I should be able to code around it, but it might be nice to be able to specify a session for the data when running running a strategy.
