You get what you pay for. The Yahoo free streaming provider is functional, but it’s not as responsive or powerful as an IQFeed.

With IQFeed you can get up to 500 streaming symbols (and add more on demand). Your broker's (e.g. IB or TDA) streaming data can be used for free for WL7 but it may also mean throttling and certain restrictions.

Does this mean that Fidelity data can be used in this well as I had before?

No, Fidelity does not offer a data API so it cannot be consumed by WL7. The old Fidelity WLP was a special integration because they owned that product and source code.
