The following two extensions are being blocked under Windows 11:
Forex Extensions, Build 4
Fundamental Extensions, Build 3
First, I get "... was blocked because it could harm your device";
Then, even if I force to "Keep" the file, I get "The archive is corrupted", when I try to run it.

Rename
The issue with WealthLabFundamentalBuild3.exe is known, right now a topic can still be found on the first page of Discussions:

Now it's clear that the Forex build has been corrupted too. To make sure, unblock the file and launch it. You will get the same "corrupted" error as with the Fundamental one.
We'll re-upload the broken installers ASAP. Thanks for the heads-up.
