To display the price and volume chart in real time, you should first load the historical data, then click the "Stream" button.
Only then will the real-time data download begin.
I ask you to make a function so that price and volume charts are downloaded in real time directly from "Quotes and Price Triggers" without downloading historical data.

If anything works as it does this is intentional and for a good reason. A chart without history would make little practical sense (if any).
