I am finding on charts running strategies that the price updates take minutes. In fact, on market opening sometimes it takes 10-15 minutes for a price to appear.

This is true whether I use IQfeed or TD as the streaming service.

Is there a setting I'm missing?

It just sounds like you're on a 15 minute delayed feed.

You've been at this a while, did it just start occurring? It's pretty odd that more than one provider would be affected at the same time.

File > Offline Mode wouldn't explain a delay, but make sure it's not enabled.

I confirmed with DTN that I am getting real-time data, and I believe TD provides that.

I'm running this on hourly strategies, but the price changes during the hour so I doubt that has anything to do with it.

Do this -
1. Open a Quotes Tool.
2. Select IQFeed, top right.
3. Drag a Dow 30 DataSet into it.
4. Turn on Stream.

Post a picture of it next to the computer clock.

Here you go (I hope this is what you are looking for). If it makes any difference, I run into this with mainly the leveraged ETFs

I'm doing that right now too.. no quotes appeared.
I'll wait 15 minutes and see what happens, and meanwhile look for other customer reports that something's wrong at IQFeed.

I should have told you to make sure Timestamp column was visible.. it's probably on the far right or hidden on your Quotes view.
Drag that column over and put it next to the Symbol.

Here it is with the timestamp. I also posted a couple shots with the ETFs. I'm checking with DTN if some ETFs are delayed

Turns out it's an issue with my DTN account. These are traded on NYSE, which I wasn't signed up for. They provide a 15 minute delayed feed without a subscription.

Sorry for the wild goose chase
