Thank you for your reply. I am looking for new software to use for my trading. I came across the Wealth Lab website and it seems very interesting. However, usually I expect from a website that sells a product or a service to provide at a minimum an “About Us” page, or “Who We Are” page, or “Our Team” page, and a “Contact Us” page. The Wealth Lab website I am referring to, www.wealth-lab.com, does not provide any of that. I would expect at least a sales phone number that potential customers can call to learn more about the product. The lack of that is unusual, in my view. Some websites not only have a contact page, but also have a live chat support, where potential customers can ask their questions to a customer service representative. I am wondering if this information is somewhere on the website and I am just missing it. Gaining some basic situational awareness about Wealth Lab and its background would make me more comfortable in perhaps becoming a customer. The product itself seems very good, based on what I can see so far.

We have quite a small team and do not have a live support chat or the other perks you're describing. Perhaps when we grow larger we'll increase our budget and provide this support level. For now, the Discussion Forum is our preferred "contact us" page.
