Sorry if I reported this in another post, but I couldn't find that post.
Anyhow...
1. Create a block strategy
2. Drag a condition like indicator crosses value into the buy at market block.
3. Save the strategy using Save As. A-OK.
4. Make a change to the condition's indicator that was added at step 2, like the Value.
5. The save button is not re-enabled.
Maybe that is the way it is suppose to work. I don't know.
WL8 Build is 81.

We've already noticed that and fixed for Build 82.
