What's "Max/Min"?
1. A static threshold value? It's possible but with MACD it makes little sense since it's not bound to a value range.
2. Dynamic thresholds are better. Question is, which technique to apply. It could be highest high and lowest low, very long-term bands (e.g. 200-period) around MACD etc.

I found the WL6/WL7 equivalents.
I was using the technique to scan for beginning of market directional moves.

Use the New High/New Low Building Block Condition. It was made especially for cases like this.
To trigger off the MACD mins and max's, use "Indicator Turns" in combination with new High/Low like this -
