Have you considered combining these two windows? They seem to overlap a lot and could possibly be combined at some point to save screen real estate.

I'm looking at the account and order manager windows right now. To me, accounts and orders are two very distinct things with their own distinct properties, management and operational characteristics. Can you elaborate on how they would be combined?

When looking at the account screen, it would be nice to see both positions and orders together that add up to the buying power utilized for the account.
I could see clicking on the account on the left filters positions and orders for that given account. You could also split the right list area into two. Top has positions and bottom has orders. Not selecting an account shows all positions across all accounts. The context menu for order management could be added when right clicking an order.
The manual trade entry bar could be at the bottom (or top) of the account window and make it hide-able.
