I'm trying to construct a block strategy where I Buy at the Market when 9 consecutive candles close lower than the previous four, then reverse and repeat. Can anyone help?

Yes. that’s the classic TD Power of 9. Use Indicator Compare to Value, select ConsecDown with a parameter of Close and 4, and the Value part should be 9. Use ConsecUp to reverse.
