I'm going to manually enter a buy because the formula I have had some kinks that I didn't know about. That being said, I might just try the basic formula builder and see how that works.

Because the entry trade was triggered for yesterday on 7/5. If you didn't buy it yesterday, you're very lucky and can join the position right now at a heavily discounted price.

Strategies run in a hypothetical mode and even though you didn't enter the position, the strategy did - it's holding the position hypothetically, as long as there's enough history to "see" that trade.
You're only loading 100 bars to start, so that's probably not enough. For a 5-min interval, there are 78 bars per day. You should set your initial load to 350 or 400 bars to make sure when you start the monitor on a Friday (if you hold a position), it's able to exit that position. If you're using 1-minute bars, you need 5x that much.

1. So I just bought 100 shares in TWS IB. I swore a lot.
2, I went to Wealth lab, clicked tools (pull down menu) and accounts
3. I saw my purchase
I used a bit of AI, but it is not quite up to speed as it is last update in Sept of 21.
1. I"m trying to import that money into my strategy.
2.I will promise to limit my questions from now on. But how do I apply my strategy to my money. If you write directions, pretend I have an IQ of 70. And then dumb it down. :) That would help. I'm going to be your spokesperson - in the future. :) I'm quite charming.

Select the Live Positions preference that I referred to before and activate your strategy in the Strategy Monitor. It will synch to your position. If Auto-Trade is enabled, then it will place the exit order with the broker.
