I just wanted to confirm my observation and my undersanding below is correct.

1. When a script is running in Strategy Monitor.

The parameter selected on Strategy Activation Settings will preserve across WLP restart regardless of the default parameter value saved in the script file. So two strategy running the same script in Strategy Monitor can have individual parameters.

2. When a script is running in Strategy Winodw (Streaming Chart).

Strategy Window will load the default parameter value from the script file. So two strategy running the same script in Strategy Window can NOT have individual parameters.

With 5.4 (next week) comes Optimization and the ability to assign Preferred Values by symbol.

If there are two Strategy Windows saved as a default workspace running the same script and the same symbol but different parameters, there is no way to recall the parameters across restarting WLP. Correct?

That's generally correct. I'm not going to say "no way" because believe me, someone will find a way.
