Is there a predefined filter rule that I am missing or should this be implemented?
What I am referring to is a rule that say "is stock moves X% from last price, buy. If Stock dips X% from last price, sell."

There are several ways to include such filter in a trading system, some more intuitive and some less.

1. The easiest one is part of our Community.Rules library known as:

* Conditions > Price (or Volume) Action > Price is higher (lower) by X% than it was a number of bars ago
From descripts, it occurs when price (or volume) is higher (lower) by at least X% than it was a certain number of bars ago.

Create a support ticket to get access to the Wiki downloads incl. Community.Rules and install it in WLP.

2. A less evident rule would involve ROC as part of a similar condition under "General Indicators" group.
