Hi,

Sometimes, I got data loaded incorrectly into my chart. For example, this time, I was looking at EWZ daily chart, it showed a large portion of dates incorrectly. It appears that these dates having Close, open, high, and low prices are the same. Strangely, it does not happens to all the dates. About 6 months of the dates were displayed wrong in a two year period chart.

However, when I look at the 60min chart, the data are displayed correctly. I have tried to manually update the data and that does not seems help.

Anyone could help me to fix that problem? Thanks.

1. Please keep conversation in one place (either support portal or forum). Thank you.
2. In the future, use this checklist to supply all the necessary information. Otherwise we'll have trouble to identify which data provider (there are many) and application (WLP or WLD) you're talking about.

I've already replied to your ticket, but let's duplicate it here:

This is a known problem with Fidelity data (incorrect/missing Summer 2009 data for ETFs).

Please scroll down the page to "I have a problem with Fidelity data" for the solution:

I just happened to notice the problem with a stock symbol (MEOH). Perhaps the problem is actually all "newly-downloaded" symbols!
