Can Wealth-Lab Pro be used for live trade?

I went to a seminar by Fidelity about WealthLabPro last year. The presenter said WLP cannot be used for live trades. The closet thing it can do is preparing a command that be manually cut-and-pasted to ActiveTraderPro to be executed.

On the other hand, everything I read online about WealthLabPro says it can be used for live trades. I'm confused. Can somebody clarify this?

Wealth-Lab Pro can be used for live automated trading since version 5.1 (beginning of 2008).
