"Missing" Optimization/WFO "buttons" at bottom of Strategy window

I just shut down and re-booted my desktop and now when I open a Strategy Window the Optimization and WFO "buttons" at the bottom left are missing. I am using WLP 6.8 on a Win 7 system with 16GB.

Where did they go and how do I get them back? Thanks!
