Hello
I am not sure if you have seen my mail yet, since I got no feedback until now.
I tried to post a system on Friday, but it was not possible due to the fact that the buttons which appear with the "proceed to checkout" window do not work. So you are basically stuck. (As I wrote in my email, you can reach paypal by pressing the right mouse button and select open link in a new tab). But even if you do that and make the payment, your site does not recognize it. I have written you a more detailed support email on Friday.
Could you please correct this.

Hello Patrick,

We haven't received any message from you on this matter in our current support email info@wealth-lab.com. We will forward your observation to the respective developer to fix it ASAP.

But before proceeding with post a system, there's a problem that needs to be solved before attempting. According to our Terms of Use that you accepted when registering the account,

You are not allowed more than one active Wealth-Lab account (i.e. a Wealth-Lab account accessible by a functioning username and password).

Since the website already has a recognized customer's account Musashi1970 for Patrick Blauth, we will appreciate if you post your trading system under the original account and stop using the duplicate one.

Update: issue is known if you use the IE browser. In other browsers it should work.

Hello Eugene

Regarding two accounts: No problem. I was not aware that I cannot do this. I would have liked to have an account solely for the purposes of Wealth-Signal.

Regarding the mail: Could you check this again, please. You defintely received an email from me on Friday 7:11 pm (your time). I have sent it to "info@wealth-lab.com" and have not received any "mail could not be delivered"-message since then. Therefore, the mail must have gotten to you (maybe filtered out or rule-based sorted in a subfolder).

Regarding browser: As I have described in the mentioned mail, I really tried it hard to post the system on Friday, spending more than a hour with this task. And I tried Firefox, Chrome and IE during this process and it worked with neither one, unfortunately.

I double checked but it's not in Spam already (we get lots of spam there, with false positives recently becoming a problem). For your future reference, it makes sense to start right here in the WealthSignals forum, escaping info@ for this task, to avoid fragmentation.

From what I heard, you did get your TS in on time for our two years free posting offer. Sorry for the inconvenience.

OK. that's super. Thanks

I will post the system as soon as I get feedback from you or your developer that the issue is resolved.

How old is your FF? In older versions like 12 it might not work, but it does in FF 19 or Chrome. You might want to upgrade and retry.

I use FF19. And I tried it just again with FF and Chrome and it still does not work......
Is not this window the same technique like the login-window, because, obviously, this works for me. But a couple of weeks ago when you just launched the new site, this login-window did not work for me as well with the same symptoms, namely, the browser did not recognize when I pressed the buttons and I was not able to login. After two weeks or so, it worked.
Furthermore, if it is any help, I use Win 8.

You need to clear your browser's cache. Earlier today the website was updated, fixing the popup's incorrect positioning bug. I just tried in FF and both buttons function as intended.

Thanks for your feedback. But it still does not work for me.
I just tried again two times, cleared the browsers cache, closed the browser, opened it again and faced still the problem....

Tried it again with my old Win 7 installation - again no success.
Any news from your developer ? Maybe he should consider to use a more stable technique instead this popup window. Form should follow function, no

I double checked yesterday and today and it just works. We can not reproduce the error. Maybe some installed browser addon is getting in the way. Is there some error message in the status bar? You might want to illustrate by attaching a screenshot.

Ok, finally I was able to post it. Before, I just tried a test post which worked immediately. It seems that the reason for the problem was that I entered a dash in the field "# of trades per week" (like 5-10). So, it might make sense to check this field for allowed inputs before the site proceeds to the checkout.

Now, I would like to delete the test (testoflbj) strategy. Can I do that myself (because I have not find anything to do that) ? If not, could you do that for me please ?
Furthermore, I uploaded the strategy backtest and wanted to upload the orders (which I found out is not possible in the current time window (which makes sense)). Also, I did not see the current open positions of the strategy on your site. Therefore my question will these positions automatically uploaded with the new orders or would I have to enter the open positions as new orders as of tomorrow ? If that would be the case, then the performance calculation as of today is not correct since there are already open positions which contribute to the performance. In this case, I would like to ask you to also delete the Crown Jewels strategy and I will upload it again after the market close today, including all necessary orders. Through this it would be guaranteed that there are no inconsistencies between the strategy as it is on my PC and the uploaded one.

Thank you

Thanks for the heads-up; passing it on to our webmaster.

Will do.

Just give it a thought: your potential subscribers haven't had a chance to receive their entry signals on these open positions. For them, these positions do not exist. So they do not matter in the context of WealthSignals. I'd suggest you to stand by until your system starts firing new entry orders.

Select "Reset system data" from the Admin menu, and you'll be able to start fresh with it (including upload of its historical backtest results).

Ok, understood. I will do as suggested.

Thanks

One more thing re: open positions. We determined that WealthSignals will not enter historical positions (only new), and so attempting to exit them would fail with error code Failed: Position Doesn't Exist.
