Can you confirm me that you refund the author of a strategy if there is no subscription for his system ?

According to the rules, there are no refunds for Authors posting Trading Systems.

Exception: the WealthSignals Limited Time Offer. Authors who had obtained the Accepting Subscribers status by 04/22/2014 get 2-years worth of posting fees waived valid for up to 3 trading systems per author. Sorry, couldn't find you on this list.

When I look the number of watchers (which are not the number of subscriptions as you know), the figure is very poor at the moment. It could be more fair for authors to have the possibility to have a refund system in case of there is no subscriptions. In this case, this is a win-win solution between you and authors. More systems you will be able to have, and more customers will come and for authors, no risk to be charge if there are no subscriptions.

Thinks about it ;-).

You can keep your Strategy active in Public Sandbox for some time: this is free for system authors. Depending on feedback on your Strategy's own forum or the number of watchers, you can decide whether the time has come to move it to the TSSN or not.

Note: Currently, the policy states that the author posting fee is $100 (for 6 months) for the first system and $50 for each system thereafter. For billing simplification, we're changing the author posting fee to be $50 in all cases.

Look for announcements like this and a policy update over the next week or two as we transition out of the beta phase of WealthSignals.

I know we are past the aforementioned date, but with WealthSignals still in beta is it still free to publish a trading system or will I be charged $50.00?

Stephen,
Considering that your system obtained the Accepting Subscribers status long before 04/22/2013, you're eligible for the WealthSignals Limited Time Offer.

I was mainly trying to determine if I would have to pay if I publish any of my current sandbox systems.

Unfortunately, I don't think so. The offer applies if a system was already in our TSSN before 04/22/2013 (up to 3 systems).
