peper account issue

i am using pepper account to track strategy ,
1.Each time i try to go to "account" WL ask me to verify login info (even if i check the box to remember my info)
2.i keep losing all my past tracing in pepper account its clean up all my account to "0" balance and no Ticker show up on any of my pepper account

please advice

Sounds like Wealth-Lab's having troubles saving/reading to the user profile.

1) Are you using WLD5 from different user names? These settings are not global, they are saved per each user.
2) Anti-virus, anti-malware, anything like that in the background that can affect other apps? Please double-check/

From what I see in the logs, it doesn't look like you're using a virtual machine, it must be a normal Windows installation, right?

using the same user, i use anti-virus "AVG" and it is a normal Window install "XP" pro service pack 3

This is by design. When you select an account in the Accounts tool, you need to re-authenticate. The info remembered is the authentication data (username and key).

one more issue , when i click on "preference" it always stay on the bottom tray and i cannot view it . (if i reinstall i will losing all my optimization data?)i try to "repair" didn't work.

If you reinstall, as this Wealth-Lab 5 Wiki FAQ is telling, you will not lose anything but it will not solve your problem(s). ;)

Are (were) you using multiple monitors (or virtual desktops)?

PreferencesForm is what you need.

the strategy ruining every day at 4:30 pm it show the number for the new alert but it not show the alert in alert window

To see alerts for "Strategy A" in the Alert window, you have to:
a) Click on "Strategy A" to select it, and/or,
b) Select "Show Alerts for all Strategies" in the Alert window toolbar.

i did,, the strategy show new alerts for today but in alerts window it show only few alerts for today and same from other days.

I don't understand exactly what you're saying here:

"show only few alerts for today"
- This sounds like you're seeing some of the Alerts from a Strategy but not all of them? It seems impossible, but create a Support Ticket and please attach an image of that.

"and same from other days."
- This sounds like seeing only a partial set of Alerts is consistent behavior. Again, I'd like to see what you're seeing.
