Windows and File Locations

I am attempting to move my data (data sets, personal strategies, etc) from a XP Professional computer to a 64-bit Windows 7 Professional machine. The new computer is running the 64-bit version of WLP. I have copied the old 1.0.0.0 file to a thumb drive but cannot find the place to copy the old file into the new WLP. I also have been unable to find a Roaming folder in Windows 7.

Where should my old data be copied to?

Enable hidden file/folder visibility.
