Should these lines of code (which worked perfectly in the Fidelity version) work with the new version? It doesn't seem to work at all. I do have the Wealth-Data Static and Fundamental extension (version 2017.09) installed.

No, they don't have to work. Each fundamental provider has its own fundamental items. The "dividend" can be replaced with:

There may not even be an equivalent like with EPS for example which is not supported by W-D at all along with any balance sheet items.

But you can get it from other providers of your choice:

If it helps, I found "Zacks Adjusted Earnings" to be the closest to the Fidelity fundamental data "earnings per share". I think that comes from the MS123 Provider that Eugene has in his post.

Here's the direct Installation link for MS123 Fundamental/News providers that contains Zacks Adjusted Earnings.

I get a runtime error (Runtime error: Object reference not set to an instance of an object, at WealthLab.Strategies.EarningsGap.Execute())
when i try to use Zacks earnings data?

I used the data manager to update Zacks data - still won't work. Am i forgetting something?

Glad you got it working. A restart is not required per se - at most to reopen the chart if you plotted some fundamental item before acquiring it (bug #177409). But that won't produce a runtime error.
