Hello,
I have to simple maybe stupid questions:
1/ I live in Europe and willing to use US brokers for trading, may I use WL dev version or do I have to sign up for fidelity account as I want to trade forex and futures, maybe equities, but not now.

2/ Also, for testing purposes, may I import tick data to WL Dev? Do you have some specific format for importing tick data? May I backtest on tick data? I do not want to backtest on minute data as that gives unreliable results for my strategies (currently written in Ninja Trader 6.5). I like your platform for optimization (which I think is managed much better in WL5 than in NT7) and development (though I am a real beginner in WL5) so connectivity to brokersis very important for me.

Thank you.

Hello,

1/ Third-party brokers aren't currently available in Wealth-Lab Developer. If you can open a Fidelity account for equities, this could partially solve the problem for the US equties: trading futures and currencies isn't provided.

2/ Importing tick data is currently supported using the ASCII provider.
