Develop a Volatility strategy for me?

Hi...I've got an interesting new strategy that I'd like to test. Is there someone with programming skills that could speak with me off-line to discuss this strategy and help me back test and implement? I was told by someone at Fidelity's Tech Support to look for "Cone", "Glitch" or "Dr. Koch" as good programmers.
