VMWare server: wealthlabdev.exe couldn't be initialiazed

hi,

i try to install v5.1 on winxp-pro32/vmware but i get the above windows errormsg. at first the wealthlab icon was not set correctly so i did a repair install. but still no go. anybody any idea?

unfortunately the subject line with the complete errormsg was truncated (i use a german version, english text is probably slightly different):

application couldnt be initialized (0xc0000135). click ok to terminate.

xp is on sp3

argh, thanks! why isnt a check for the correct framework included in the installer?
