I am interested in knowing if there is a way to program WL to generate a trailing buy stop order after a buy signal is generated by a different indicator. In other words indicator "A" triggers a trailing buy stop order that will actually generate the trade in WL when that buy stop is hit.

If you actually are looking to create a setup condition with indicator "A", and then subsequently use a trigger to generate the trade, then this Wiki article can come in handy:
