I logged into the Wealthlab Wiki hoping to view retrieve the VKW Bands source code, but could not find it? Is this something that I can get a copy of?

Before you edited out your question (please reconsider), it had been "is the Wiki site down?" No it's not but your URL has HTTPS in it. Being legacy technology, the Wiki is HTTP only.

You must be using Chrome which redirects to HTTPS. Apply this solution to the www2 site which hosts the Wiki (NOT for the www domain which is already SSL only):

https://anhsblog.com/blog/make-chrome-stop-redirect-from-http-to-https/
https://superuser.com/questions/565409/chrome-how-to-stop-redirect-from-http-to-https

As an alternative, consider using Firefox or other browser which does not spy on you for Google's sake and doesn't force you to use HTTPS only.
