Running Version 5 on a Virtual Machine

For those of us with Windows XP 64 and Intel 64bit systems, has anyone had any experience with using Suns VirtualBox?

You can run version 5 on x64 using CorFlags.exe form the dotNET framework 2.0 sdk

I was successful using Suns VirtualBox.

Ran fine in VMware and parallels.
