I want to renew my license, but just found out I forgot the registered Wealthlab username, and the related Email account. Is there a way to reset the information and proceed the renew procedure?
Thanks a lot!

You don't seem to own a license and your account couldn't be found in our customer database. Consequently, it's impossible to take ownership of a license that doesn't belong to you. However, I know where you're coming from i.e. which license you may be using. Please contact the owner of your license -- they already know how to renew maintenance period as they did this before.

Yes, under this username I don't have a license. One of our old colleges dealt with the renewing things before, but he left the company without handling all the information to us. Currently we are trying to reach him to get the username back. In the mean time, if we cannot reach him, is there a way that we can possibly renew the license we are using? Like provide our company name, all the expired authentication codes, address, telephone number or any other things? Thank you very much!

Got it. Yes, I think it would be possible but please use the support portal for that procedure to keep the stuff in between us.

Meanwhile, you can already renew your license. I noticed your authentication attempt earlier today so you do have the key(s). If you do it again, in the Authentication Wizard dialog you'll notice a bluish "Renew Maintenance" label. Clicking on it will take you to our payment vendor's website (SWREG). One can renew up to 3 licenses at once; if one needs to renew more than that, just repeat. That's it.

Please let me know if further assitance is required.

Thanks a lot Eugene! Two more questions:
1) I have renewed one license now. When and how can I get the new Authentication code?
2) I am currently using Wealthlab 5. Can I upgrade to the latest version?
Thanks again!

1) The activation key you've been using has just been renewed. Wealth-Lab will begin to work again if you authenticate it with your existing key.
2) Yes, of course. Versions prior to 6.6 are unsupported, and you can not make them install extensions. See FAQ: How do I upgrade Wealth-Lab Developer to a new build?
