Hi Gang,

I am on the Strategy Activation Settings, but the "OK" is greyed out.
Havent seen this before - therefore I cant activate a strategy.

I noticed that the "Account" which populates with a dropdown on my other WL copy (laptop) does not show the standard: PaperAccount1, Paperaccount2, Paperaccount3.

I can see these values are also not populating in the dropdown in "Defaut Account" in Preferences > Trading (which i suspect is the root cause) .

How can I remedy this ?
Thanks
AK

Hi Adrien,

Try creating a new account in the Accounts window > Configure Paper Accounts.

Supposedly you have deleted them. If you did not, either the accounts file has got corrupt or WLD does not have proper access rights. The latter might happen when you started Wealth-Lab from a different Windows logon, for example.

Hi Eugene,

I downloaded the latest version of WL onto this new PC, and did not login in from a different Windows logon.
When i try to: Accounts window > Configure Paper Accounts >> i am seeing a message asking me to Authenticate, but its failing due to a different PC fngerprint error (but i transfered the key last night to this PC).

The other solution is, lifting the account file from my Laptop (which shows paperaccount1,2,3) and dropping in the file on my PC ?
Are you able to give me the file directory and file name ?

Thank you

I see what's happening. The authentication problem you're having is due to a known issue with Windows 10's changed hardware detection scheme. Please retry authentication and let me know if my quick fix has worked out for you.
