Hi. I rebooted wl pro and when I went to Chart Color and Styles command (right click on chart) and clicks fill candlesticks, nothing happens. I still get green candle outlines though red candles are filled. Help?

Hi,

"Chart Color and Styles" does not have relation to "Fill Candlesticks". It's found in "ChartStyle Settings" (Ctrl-Y). Is this what you're doing?

I don't understand you. Two times you mentioned "Chart Color and Styles" which is irrelevant in the context. "ChartStyle Settings" (Ctrl-Y) just works correctly as proven by my screenshot.

If you wish to get somewhere with this, let's start by telling us what exact steps you're taking, what exact ChartStyle you're using and attaching a screenshot to illustrate the output you're getting. This option applies to the built-in Candlestick style and there are alternative chartstyles which won't be applicable.

Hi. As I said above, I am using the same directions you provided above in the screenshot with Chart style settings which results in nothing. See attachment for screen shot. M

Thanks, I suspected something like this. Clearly you're affected by QC 146 (a long standing bug which is yet to be fixed later this year). Here's one of our previous conversations on this: Font sizes and menus look big in Windows 10

You probably check that checkbox but can't click "OK" because the button is invisible by virtue of QC 146. On reopening the dialog it resets itself, isn't it. Hence it's never applied. As a workaround, click "Fill Candlesticks" and press Enter to apply the change.

P.S. Here are more recent workarounds to QC 146 to help you fix or alleviate the display issues in WLP:

Hi again. Funny that your first link is a conversation with me about several problems I was having (that I am not having now thank goodness).

Applying different workarounds to QC 146 leads to an improved look of Wealth-Lab Pro on affected Hi-Res displays. However, the missing OK/Cancel buttons indicates that you're still having an issue with it.
