Strategy Monitor won't populate the strategy

When I try to activate the strategy monitor, there is no response. What can I do to fix this?

At first you'd want to clarify what "no response" or "won't populate" are with as much detail as possible and a screenshot.

Eugene, When I select the button there is an icon on the task bar under the WeathLab Icon "Select a strategy to add". The only way to un freeze Wealth Lab is to select that icon and remove it. That still doesn't fix the problem.
Things I have done:
I restarted Wealth Lab
Restarted Windows
These things did nothing.
This is the first time this has happened. Running Win 10

Mike, I must say that it's quite hard to understand what you're saying as clarifications bring up even more questions like "what's the deal now with the Wealth Lab freeze?" (which you did not mention yesterday). If in my position it were somebody who doesn't have the background of our past commucations he'd be very puzzled! :)

Nonetheless, I think I know what you're trying to say -- you have multiple monitors and experience an issue similar to what you once had:

Preferences dialog does not show up

Glad to have helped.

P.S. Tips for efficient support:

* "Activating" is not a synonym to "starting" or "launching" SM (I've renamed the thread) because there's a dedicated "Activate" button in the SM (which you could not even reach in these circumstances) that comes to mind of a technician
* Instead of using different terms like "freeze", "response" or "activate", it'd be more efficient to explain what you're doing step by step, what you expect to see and what actually happens on the screen
* Attaching a screenshot is appreciated

If it's not the monitor missing problem ... maybe the StrategyMonitorConfiguration.xml file in your C:\Users\[you]\AppData\Roaming\Fidelity Investments\WealthLabPro\1.0.0.0\Data folder became corrurpt. To see if that's it, close Wealth-Lab, rename that file, and restart. If everything works, you'll need to recreate your Strategy Monitor settings - or try restoring from a backup.

Thank you both Robert and Eugene. Eugene, simply disconnecting my HDMI from TV 1 resolved this issue. Thank you very much indeed.
