Need programming tutorial for absolute novice

hello-
i havent programmed in over 20+ years. when i did, it was fortran and basic.

any recommendations for tutorials to learn C# (or whatever the name of the code for WLP v5) from absolute nothing to knowning enough to write custom variables and custom screens?

Keep in mind too, that the paradigm of programming has changed significantly from the old BASIC and FORTRAN days. To get up to speed, you'll need to get a handle on "object-oriented" programming. You'll have to struggle with these "OOP" ideas at first, but once you figure it out and it makes sense, you'll realize how much easier it is to do complex tasks.

If you're an autodidact, try working through a "Learn in 21-Days" book. If not, take a class at the community college.
