This is my first day trying to run an RT strategy and I see a few issues:

1. The Strategy stopped updating (at 11:01AM) in RT and never restarted. I restarted it manually by deactivating and reactivating the strategy and it seems to be working again. The streaming connection to Fidelity was not lost.

2. I am using PaperAccount1. In the Orders pane the Auto-Remove does not remove the stops or trailing stops.

3. If you close the Orders window the Auto-Trade turns off.

4. In the Accounts pane the account is not updated in real time, I see the buys and sells but the sells (to close) don't do anything.

As i am new at this I would appreciate any help also.....

1. Fidelity is investigating the problem, it's a known issue. If you ever see a streaming chart without a ghost bar for an extended period of time, streaming has been lost even though the status bar says that you're still "Connected". (It takes just one tick to start the ghost bar for the next interval.)

The action you took to restart Streaming was precisely what is need to restart it.

2. Let me try to verify that right now...

3. By design. User Guide: Orders > Orders Toolbar 1, see "Auto-Trading:"

4. Unfortunately, this is another known and intermittent problem under investigation.

Re: 2.
I'm not seeing the problem. Note that Auto-Remove applies only the orders that are placed after Auto-Remove was enabled.

If you need further assistence, please create a support ticket and attach a screen shot.

Re:2 "Auto Remove keeps the Order list tidy by removing canceled orders and showing only the most-recent trailing stop and limit orders. "

Hmmmm... not obvious it only affects canceled orders entered after you enable it, I thought it went through the list and cleaned it up.

Thanks
