For the time being, Framework 2.0 is .NET prerequisite to run Wealth-Lab Pro/Developer 5.

It's useful to note here, hwoever, that when 5.5 is released, those with .NET Framework 3.5 will be able to select an extra Heat Map Visualizer in Preferences.

In addition, .NET 3.5 SP1 is most likely the last resort for those behind corporate firewalls with username/password authentication.
