I'm quite tired of writing down the conditions on which the report was obtained.
I would like to have a wai to add some text to the report and to build it from within the strategy.

yes, but it could be usefull to have it mainly on the backtest performance report.
That way I don't have to print many sheets and during back testing you mostli want to compare the performances.

That's a good point. Indeed an option to include the summary information in a printed Perf report would be ideal.
