How do you "float windows" outside of the main workspace?
For example float chart to another monitor while viewing the strategy in the workspace.

You can't float chart windows but you can launch a New Main Workspace Window (from Workspaces menu) and drag it onto another monitor.

Adding several additional workspace(s) is good.
Perhaps you might consider adding floating windows in the future. It would be great to see/monitor several stock charts at the same time.

There's no real need in tearing windows, as the concept of workspaces covers it for multiple monitors.
