When using the mouse to position a drawing object, such as the vertical line, on a chart, the vertical line price is almost hiding - it's extremely small and is obstructed behind the cross cursor.

It's annoying and hard to read. Any way to correct/adjust (like increasing the font size)?

Could you take a screenshot of the WLP workspace to illustrate what you're seeing?

And by the way, you can double click the line and set Width = 2 or greater to make it thicker. Next line created will pick up the new settings.

To clarify, the issue is not the chart annotation object (like the vertical line). It's object's price text label that is shown when I move the object around with the mouse. In the attached example is shows 32.76.
It's too small and hides behind the crosshair cursor. I attached two screenshots. The 2nd one is a photo since the capture tool does not capture the crosshair cursor.
Any way to make the fonts bigger and not under the crosshair cursor?

To whom how: the label looks pretty visible and readable to me on your screenshots. Unfortunately, this is not subject to user control (unlike other chart fonts in F12 - Chart colors and styles).

The scale is misleading but, trust me, It's tiny and obscured by the crosshairs and my eyes are not as good as they used to be. Not able to address the issue is bothersome.

Eugene, from this, and other replies, and from recent incremental updates it seems that WL development is sparse. Many requests and issues are not addressed unless 'the skies are falling'. New updates in the past couple of years are not major.
Can you please shed some light as to what the issue is? Is it because Fidelity not allocating resources?

You may call this a defect but IMHO this label isn't a deal-breaker. As a workaround you could try to increase the global DPI size to "Medium - 125%" (in Windows, not recommended) or simply set a larger "Axis & Margins" chart font in Preferences (F12) - to have an idea of a horizontal line's value/range I quickly peek at the right edge where the numbers are set bigger. That's why I rarely look at them labels so they aren't 'bothersome' and 'annoying' to me.

The DPI is already magnified. I'll try the other options you described.
Thanks.
