Hi,

I'm a subscriber to WealthSignals. I need to change my address (including country of residence - I have moved) and my credit card used for payment. How do I do that?

Thanks,
Mehul Maroo

Eugene, thanks.

While I wanted to simply update the credit card information, I accidentally unsubscribed (clicked on wrong link in the email from SWReg). I want to re-subscribe with the new credit card.

The "Subscribe" link on the system page is giving me a free trial period. I'm guessing that's not what you guys intend, given I'm a past subscriber. Can you let me know the process for previous subscribers to re-subscribe?

If you can let me know today, that would be super. I don't want to miss a potential signal.

Thanks,
Mehul

Hi Mehul,

Appreciate your honest report. I believe that WS shouldn't let a subscriber receive signals in such cases but please let me know if you get something today.

Hi Eugene,

Thanks for your response. To clarify, I haven't re-subscribed - given that the only option was a free membership - so of course I haven't received any signal today.

My question is different: I want to re-subscribe. (Again, I'd cancelled the subscription accidentally, per my earlier messages.) Pls let me know how to do so, in a manner in which you can actually charge me. Again, the only option right now is for a "free" membership which isn't the right option.

Ideally we could do this today. I have an open position and don't want to miss a potential signal.

Thanks for your help.

Sorry Mehul, the unsubscription has made the case not a trivial one. We'll see what can be done and get back to you.

I've restored your subscription record. There isn't much we can do now and it's up to WealthSignals. Let's see how it goes.

Hi Eugene,

I don't understand - don't you work with Wealth Signals? If not, whom do you work for? And what's the relationship between the company you work for and Wealth Signals?

Is unsubscribing and re-subscribing a big deal? In general, it's pretty common for folks to unsubscribe and then later re-subscribe from other consumer services (e.g., magazine subscriptions). Why would this service be different?

In any case, this was an error - so I'm guessing Wealth Signals would have a way to address these sorts of issues. The core issue: I've moved from overseas back to the US recently, and would like to use my US credit card for the subscription rather than the overseas one (as I mentioned in the first post of this thread). If it's helpful, perhaps you can forward this explanation to Wealth Signals.

Last - if it's easier, we can discuss this by phone. Pls let me know how to reach you.

Thanks,
Mehul

Mehul, something went wrong with your subscription. Whatever it was I don't think it's that important. We expect to fix such shortcomings to the service soon.

Note that this is going to be your (and everyone's) last subscription to WS at SWREG (swreg.org aka cardquery.com) because the retiring payment platform is getting decommissioned by end of year.

Beau/ BWO - thanks very much. (Given the run up the last couple of days, I anticipated that might be the case, and placed an exit order last night for execution this morning, so I'm on track.) I'm looking forward to having the subscription issue resolved so I don't miss any more signals. Happy Thanksgiving.

Mehul, could you revisit the system page? I think you should be able to re-subscribe from there already.

Eugene - Thanks for your email. Unfortunately, the option still shows up with a $0 amount, that is, it's a free trial. I'm uploading a screen shot.

You should be able to complete your subscription by clicking the "Complete subscription setup" button on the System Report page.

Eugene - thanks for your email. I tried that just now. I can indeed subscribe, but once again, the amount is $0. I'm concerned if I go ahead with that, my account will be blocked. Please advise.

Mehul,

The WS team says that it worked for them in their testing. Please give this a try. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi Cone,

That worked. To be clear, it appears that I now have two subscriptions: the first subscription has a one month free trial, and will then charge me at the regular rate from month 2. The second is charging me at the normal rate from the outset, but will also continue until cancelled.

Thus from month two I will be charged twice, unless I cancel one of these before then. I'd like to confirm this understanding, so we're all on the same page.

If you can also check that it will in fact be possible for me to cancel one and allow the other to continue independently. (There are two subscriptions which are part of as single order; the system needs to be smart enough to allow one subscription to be cancelled but not the other.)

I will wait to here back from you before proceeding further.

Thanks,
Mehul

There's only 1 order, but it looks like you had the free trial in the shopping basket from a previous visit. It's my fault for not including a "clear basket" parameter in the link, but if you would have deleted the free trial by clicking the trash can next to the product name, all would have been perfect.

I've already canceled the recurring subscription for the free trial at SWReg. So that's taken care of.

As a heads-up, I'll let anyone reading this know that next month WealthSignals is going to get a major facelift, and we have to switch payment providers. All recurring subscriptions will be canceled and you'll have to sign up again with our new payment provider. We haven't picked the date to switch over yet, but we'll make an announcement in the next 2 weeks or so!
