Cannot receive Fidelity static data updates until next day if updated today

When I download data and then download data on the same data set on the same date after the market closed I am not getting an update. When I get up to climb I am up prior to 12:00 AM. At that time I am unable to receive data for the following market session.

Mike, technicians appreciate when users submit thoughtful, detailed problem descriptions. Is there a chance you could help me help you and clarify the following: what data provider is this and what symbols in what bar scale do not get updated? What does "unable to receive" mean exactly? Maybe there's a message in the data update log? A very detailed test case might help reproduce and understand what's going on.

The data provider is Fidelity. The data set is the S and P 500 for daily data. Let me try to clarify. If I update data at say 24:30 the data set gets updated for the following day, and if I try to re update later that day, after the market closes say at 22:00 that data set does not update. I hope this description is more clear.

When it does not update, how the data update log looks like? Please copy/paste or attach the LastUpdateLog.txt.
