Hello, so I'm not good at coding and this is why I use the predetermine criteria and i was wondering if i can do that:

Make the stock close above 50MA a certain amount of percentage above.
Close price is at least 2|3 of the open.
Profit target: sell half.
If after a certain amount of days, the stock is not at a point, i want to sell.
Risk 1 percent of equity, 4 positions max at the same time.
Use atr stop once the stock has reach his target.
Buy only stocks when the sp500 is above his 50mA.

thanks.

Hello,

While the Rules are powerful enough to satisfy most of your conditions, some traits like "use stop after reaching a target" or "sell after not reaching it" would require creating new conditions or expanding an existing one. For this reason I'd say that the most straightforward way might be to code the Strategy. But first let's verify your WLP entitlement - check out your open ticket for my reply.

P.S. Have you noticed how the topic title "questions" has become "Can a Rule-based Strategy use my predetermined criteria?" Please avoid filler words like "question", "problem", "newbie" or "Wealth Lab" in topic titles - they don't help finding topics when searching the forum for solutions. Thanks.
