Bar for 10:10 am PST missing in Fidelity data

Hi,
In streaming mode there was no minute run at 10:10 ET today. Although there was a 10:10 loop in non-streaming mode.
In addition .SPX close for 10:09 was 2469.80 in non-stream mode and 2469.55 in stream mode.
It is not very rare for bars to be corrected after streaming but very rare to miss a minute.
I wonder what is causing this and who does one need to alert?It would be good to know if others who are using data sources other than Fidelity have also experienced this miss?
