I am interested to discuss the development of a new indicator based on open interest.
Essentially, I would like to chart, in real time, a chart indicating volume of bid prices versus, volume of ask prices, and last traded price.
I would be interested to see if anyone has developed such an indicator or would be interested in helping me develop one.

Problem is, Wealth-Lab isn't designed to work with bid/ask prices in backtesting and building DataSeries (indicators). Neither Fidelity's static data feed nor other provider extension existing on our site (supposedly) has historical bid and ask prices required to build it. I'm not saying it's impossible but to build that indicator, it sounds like you need to have a specific data source.

You can't use WLP indicators in ATP, if that's what you're asking. They are two completely separate applications.
You should call Fidelity Active Trader support to find out if it's possible to create custom indicators in ATP.
