Hi Eugene & Robert...

Am am wondering about the ability to add drawing object to the charts.
Specifically, what I think would be a great help is Red Down Arrows and Green Up Arrows.

The reason is twofold: 1) I share my charts with numerous other people and a precise pinpoint arrow would be a great help to designate Entries and Exits. 2) It would be an excellent at-a-glance on the chart to see current and historical entry/exit points.

Currently, I'm using the call out balloons (which are great) but they can be cumbersome and get crowded especially in a near-term range bound condition when there are frequent add/reduce actions on a position.

I've tried using the triangles, but they end up looking sloppy, different sizes and are time consuming to draw.

Thanks for giving this consideration!

Hi SS,

You can already do that in code. See example at the bottom of the page:
Is there a way to see the trades on secondary symbols?

Whatever said on SetContext there, doesn't apply to you. The point is: no need to draw, just use the existing triangle symbol from any type face installed in Windows that has it.

Fantastic! Thank you!

For anybody else that might read this, the "Expert-Dingbats" font has great Up/Down arrows.

the letter "p" is UP, and the letter "o" is down.

They also have all kind of neat astrology symbols but Eugene and Robert haven't built a rules-based strategy for that yet...(when Jupier crosses into Virgo...) Just Kidding! LOL!

Thank Eugene!
