Please create a new support ticket, attaching the strategy's XML file + StrategyMonitorConfiguration.xml.

See the User Guide > Data > Where data are stored for the data folder location. The SM config file is in the root, and your strategy is in a subfolder inside Strategies there. Make sure you've turned on hidden file visibility: How to see hidden files in Windows.
