Will-the-strategy-get-data-for-indicators-if-an-indicator-window-is-more-than-data-range-in-strategy-monitor

There is a Data Range option in Strategy Monitor -> Strategy Setting. 50 bars for example.

Let's say I set 50 bars. I have data of 500 bars in total and a SMA window equal to 100. The question is: will the strategy get full 100 bars for every of these 50 candles (as there are 500 in total) for SMA. So will this 50 just affects the depth of lookback for previous strategy trades or the amount of data available for the strategy as well?
