I have activated Auto-Place in streaming charts. The order blocks show up in Order Manager, however the trades are not executed when there is a signal, and I have to use Manual Orders.

What happens to the Auto-Placed orders when they reach the Orders Mgr? What is their status? Does it change from Place to Active? A screenshot would be great.
Sounds like you've activated Auto-Staged.
That's what I thought too, but I just tried it. It seems that we've got a bug in Build 9 and the Auto-Placed orders are Auto-Staging now.

We've got an idea what could be happening. Since Wealth-Lab 7 can work simultaneously with multiple brokers, strategies are assigned to the currently-selected broker when they stage/place the first order. If you try to use that strategy with another broker, you get a Staged order with the original broker.
We're going to change this mechanism to remove the "guesswork".
Meanwhile, open your strategy and Save As with a different name - maybe append "IB", "TDA", etc. to know which broker the strategy will work with. Connect to that broker and send a signal there to make the link.
