Would be helpful be able to save a set of strategies and their settings in Strategy Monitor. Currently I just save a workspace with the Strategy Monitor populated.

Alternatively you can make Meta-Strategies able to run in the Strategy Monitor. That might make for some interesting feature request for extending the Meta-Strategy.

Along this train of thought, it would be great to see for each strategy in Strategy Monitor if it is synchronized to the assigned account, and if not, some actions that can be taken (accept current positions, synchronize positions, etc).

You put 3 requests into 1, so let's make the feature request the one per the title line: Strategy Monitor - Save Strategy Portfolio

Request 2: MetaStrategies in the S. Monitor
Given that the Strategy Monitor itself is practical representation to trade MetaStrategies, I think we'll decline that one. I think it would add a lot of unnecessary complexity for, well, almost nothing. The only minor difference I can think of would be to access a combined account Portfolio for Signal sizing.

Request 3: Synchronize Strategies to assigned account
Portfolio Sync for exits are complete (Preferences > Data/Trading). If you're suggesting another level of Portfolio Sync to alter strategy behavior due to the existence of a live Position, that could be investigated as a separate feature request.

Request 1: if Save Workspace already does the trick why introduce a somewhat duplicate feature?

In addition, here's what Dion said on a related note:
https://www.wealth-lab.com/Discussion/Closing-WL7-forces-Strategy-Monitor-to-close-active-strategies-5734

On the other hand we want to avoid the case where someone is surprised by opening the SM and have strategies activate that might then potentially place trades. For anything like this we like to err on the side of caution.

Request 2: MetaStrategies in the S. Monitor - agreed with Robert, I neither find this interesting.
