There seems to be a new bug related to the "Parameter Optimization Settings", possibly related to this change from Build 24:
When selecting "Use Existing Optimization Variable", the "Create New Optimization Variable" radio toggle remains checked, and it no longer correctly uses the existing variable. This is what it looks like:

Reproduction Steps:
1) Click "New Building Block Strategy"
2) Drag "Indicator Compare to Value" onto the "Sell at Market Open" exit block
3) Click "Make Optimizable" for the "Value" row
4) Click "Use Existing Optimization Variable"
5) Notice that both radio toggles are checked simultaneously, but they are supposed to be exclusive
