During the pre-market, I use to be able to get previous-day (stale) Bid and Ask data from Morningstar's streaming Chart. Now that doesn't work anymore. Is that Morningstar feature no longer supported? I'm running DataExtensions Build 30.
Regular Morningstar price streaming during market hours is working fine.

The question is, "supported by whom?"
Free services like this MStar have no guarantee or 99.9% SLA. They can stop working at any time.
My guess, however, is probably whatever you were looking at just wasn't "ticking". Find an active contract premarket and test it tomorrow.

The way it use to work during the pre-market, Morningstar would show you the Bid and Ask price of the previous day--currently ticking or not. But it's not doing that anymore.
I'm not even sure I can get a Bid and Ask price out of it for anything any longer. Can you?
The way it works is that if a Bid/Ask doesn't change after you turn on Streaming, you won't see the Bid/Ask until it does.
I feel like we had this conversation before.

Okay, let me confirm, I'm not seeing any Bid and Ask prices for the Morningstar streaming Chart. And this applies to both pre-market and open market time frames. In contrast, when I switch to IQFeed streaming, all Bid and Ask prices are displayed.
The tick prices for Morningstar seem to work fine for the open market.

Well, I'm looking at Morningstar streaming right now, and the pages we request aren't working. I'm not sure if it's a temporary outage at MS or if they changed their web site architecture. We'll need some time to get a resolution on this.
